Chrome extension On the Chrome Web Store · free

Stop retyping the
same details all day.

You already entered the customer once in Ballpark. The Ballpark Assistant takes your customer's information and fills it straight into the carrier's own portal — driver, vehicle, coverage, the lot — so when you go to bind, the form is already done.

Free with every Ballpark account. Installs from the Chrome Web Store in about 30 seconds.

Rate once, bind anywhere

Ballpark gets you to the right carrier. The extension gets you through their portal.

  1. 1

    Rate in Ballpark

Enter your customer's information once and see who's cheapest across your appointed carriers.

  2. 2

    Open the carrier site

Head to the winning carrier's agent portal like you always do. Click Fill from Ballpark.

  3. 3

    Watch it autofill

The extension maps the customer's details onto that carrier's form. You review, finish, and bind.

Minutes back per quote

No more keying the same name, DOB, VIN and coverage into a fifth different portal. Enter it once.

Fewer fat-finger errors

The data that priced the quote is the data that fills the form — no re-typing, no transcription mistakes.

Free, like everything else

The extension ships free with your Ballpark account. Agents never pay.

Updating later? Nothing to do. Chrome checks for new versions on its own and updates the extension in the background — you'll always be on the current build.

Work computer blocking the Chrome Web Store? Install it manually

Some agencies lock Chrome down so staff can't add extensions from the store. If Add to Chrome is greyed out or blocked by your IT policy, you can load the same extension from a folder instead. This version does not auto-update — you'll need to repeat it when we ship a new build.

  1. Download ballpark-assistant.zip and unzip it somewhere permanent (e.g. your Documents folder). Keep the folder — Chrome loads the extension from these files.
  2. Go to chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (toggle, top-right).
  3. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped ballpark-assistant folder (the one containing manifest.json).
  4. To update later: download the new zip, replace the files in that same folder, then click the refresh icon on the extension's card in chrome://extensions. On Chrome startup you may see a "Disable developer-mode extensions" popup — just close it; it doesn't affect anything.
